I - Threads & Postings

3. Similarly, threads that are deemed to be wrongly placed/posted, inapt and impolite may be locked and/or removed from the site. Users should create a new topic to start a new discussion that may otherwise be irrelevant in the current thread.
4. Linked and locked topics may be pruned regularly to reduce page clutter. If you have a question and/or a concern regarding such, a private message to the moderator or administrator is the best course of action to take.
5. Posts and/or topics that could cause unrest in the community will be dealt with immediately and accordingly to avoid further disagreements and disruptions in the discussion board.
6. No copyright violations are permissible. Post content which is original, unique and which you can claim as yours not something that is identifiable, a result of bootlegging and a clear case of plagiarism.
7. Any messages you post in the discussion board will remain available to the public for as long as the discussion is online.
8. If the post is a clear violation of the set guidelines, no site member may publicly take action and function as the site moderator. Yet, should that be the case, a private message shall be sent as a warning.
9. No text speak are allowed in the any thread of the Discussion Board.

II - Videos, Pictures, etc.

1. Pictures may be posted and videos may be uploaded so long as these are not explicit in content or in any way offensive to the discussion board community.
2. Should there be more than one image to be posted or more than one video to be uploaded, it is advised that a link of these be provided rather than screening.
3. Signatures and avatars may contain images that reflect and identify the user/site member but these may conform to the prescribed size.
4. All photos, videos and other materials posted or uploaded in the discussion board remains to be the property of the original poster and viosunderground.com is solely the licensed distributor of such content.

III - Discussion Board Behavior/Decorum & Private Messaging

4. Members shall not argue the moderators’/administrators’ decisions overtly in public, especially if decisions made by the latter are in coherence with the discussion board's rules & guidelines.
5. At certain times, a discussion thread strays off into a friendly dialogue or a heated argument between users. For these exchanges, we ask that you use the private messaging feature/facility of the site. Public posts should be reserved solely for matters of interest to the general discussion board community.

IV - Miscellaneous

1. As a one of the standard procedures among other Boards and Forums, we do not tolerate and encourage multiple accounts to be created. A permanent banned and account deletion is imposed for this action.
2. Advertising & promotion of other websites and/or their products, services, commercial-related materials and events shall not be permitted unless otherwise allowed by the site administrators.
3. Spamming is not allowed, all posts should be kept as constructive, beneficial and practical as possible.
4. Pornography, warez, or any other illegal transactions may NOT be linked in any shape or form.
5. Link-thru systems to mask the originating URL shall not be permitted; it is advised to directly link to the external content, otherwise these may just be tagged & removed as inappropriate.
