I don't like to speed, but I do travel 63-66 mph since my SGII indicates that I'm getting 50mpg at that speed with my TPS at 23%.

hahahahaha. SGII = Scan Guage II (2). If you don't know what that is, it's a device that lets you know your current gas mileage, the tank average, speed, rpm, TPS (throttle position in percent), amongst other data. I drive around with my throttle at 23% of the 80% available. Yes, you read that right, our WOT is not actually WOT since our throttle body does not open 100%. For some reason my car gets better gas mileage if I'm driving ~63 mph. I'm not sure why since a I drove a stock Vitz, and it's optimum highway mph:mpg is 55 mph with a TPS at 21%, achieving ~50mpg.
