I've been reading up on VIP style a lot lately and picked up some pointers here and there, but one thing I realized is that VIP is a very open thing. There is not one Style guide, infact different groups or companies that focus on VIP styling each has their own definition of VIP. Some are strict with the Type of cars, colors, and some are more about lifestyle. Some are open to different carmakes as long as you bring the element of Elegance and Luxury.
Another thing I picked up and something that I found consistent with VIP styling is the importance of the right wheel fitment and stance, negative camber...and having stretched out tires and rims almost kissing the fenders
Check out the wheels and tires, notice how stretched out the tires are, and how the rims are slightly outside the fender. Also notice how they use negative camber to tuck the tire inside the fender.

Since a really low stance is hard to achieve especially due to road conditions here...not unless you have air suspension systems installed, here's what I figure (correct me if I'm wrong guys)
1. a VIP wheel design - Chrome or Polished is common, wide rims or at least looks wide with a huge lip. Does not have to look big, as long as it looks wide.
2. The Right type of bodykit - Simple but elegant, minimal corners and flares.
3. Lowering Spring - as low as you can comfortably go.
